Fashion programs that dictate what people should wear are anti-freedom of expression, because everyone has the right to choose his/her own apparel. Unless they have no money and willingly submit themselves to dictation, if that is what it takes to acquire free clothing.
As a general rule, though, people express themselves by wearing clothes of their own choice--even before they open their mouths to speak.
And they should be allowed to do so.
