I know men and women from my youth whose great beauty made them so conceited when they were young. They were placed on pedestals, shut off from the real world, and used for various purposes. Where are they now? They are fat, dumpy persons with nothing but memories, and some of them even died young.

These people are unrecognized victims. Their families and their schools are the perpetrators.

Never make your children feel more beautiful, more wealthy, and more advantaged than everyone else. Otherwise they will never see the kingdom of God amongst themselves.
