Here is an equivalent of an astral massage that I used to teach the Spirit Questors in the 80s:

Light tea candles in seven glass cups corresponding to the colors of the rainbow. Lie down on the floor in a clean, quiet space and place the cups on your energy centers.

Remain still for as long as you can. You may do a pleasant visualization while doing so.

If you contemplate a problem, your psyche will give you a solution to the problem.
