The world around me is bustling once more. It's an extended holiday in the Philippines but the young and the middle-aged must have been feeling antsy to go back to work again. I can hear the trains rumbling on the metal tracks and vehicles buzzing by on P. Tuazon Boulevard and on EDSA.
